When you use our "Log with a Photo" feature, you upload images of food to our servers. We reserve the right to store and retain these photos indefinitely. These images are used to:

  • Calculate nutritional macros via Artificial Intelligence.
  • Improve our machine learning models and AI accuracy.
  • Enhance the overall functionality of the Service.

C. Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This includes your IP address, browser type, time and date of your visit, and unique device identifiers.

2. Sharing of Data and Third-Party Providers

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share information with specific third-party providers necessary to operate the Service:

Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Instacart: Our Service integrates with Instacart for grocery delivery. When you use the "One-Click Cart" feature, relevant item data is sent to Instacart. Your interactions with Instacart are governed by Instacart’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
AI Service Providers: We may use third-party AI processors to analyze the photos you upload to provide nutritional data.
TikTok (Advertising): We use the TikTok Business SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on TikTok. TikTok may collect device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), IP address, and in-app events such as registration, purchases, and app launches. This data is used for ad attribution and campaign optimization, and is processed in accordance with TikTok's Privacy Policy.
How to opt out of TikTok tracking: On iOS, you can deny tracking permission when prompted via the App Tracking Transparency dialog. You can also change this at any time in your device settings under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. When tracking is denied, TikTok will not receive your device advertising identifier.

3. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
